I don't think it exists. Language is so complex that no-one has been able to write a programme that can deal with it, and most of them can't cope even with things that aren't particularly unexpected. Translation programmes are sometimes OK for individual words, but not necessarily even then. For example, the other day I was trying to find the English equivalent of the German Stockrose. Google's translator gave me stick rose - uh no, I don't think so. So I typed it into Google images to see what came up - hollyhocks.

And try typing in "He didn't turn up" and asking for a translation into any language you're familiar with. For French, you get il n'a pas tourné vers le haut.

however, as someone who makes a certain amount of money rom translations, I can't say I'm too sad about it ...
