The Benefit package for ESL Teachers includes:
· Salary: 8000-13000RMB,
· Teaching load & schedule: 16 teaching classes per week (45 minutes/class)
· Holiday allowance: 4,500 RMB
· Travel allowance: 2200RMB for one-year contract
