 teaching grammar creatively

I am trying to find some good websites with resources like songs,texts,listenings,rhymes,carttons and things that students really enjoy to teach grammar as creatively as possible....
I am teaching for four years but now I am trying to find some imaginative things to introduce grammar phenomena for 7-8 years students!
