*Location: Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi (10minutes from Seoul)
Welcome to Uijeongbu City - English site (city website)
*Arrival Date: mid-June/early July 2010
*Salary: 2.1~2.3 million won/month
*Housing: A furnished single apartment or Shared apartment with a private room
*Round trip air-ticket(one way upfront possible)
*Health Insurance: 50/50
*Working Days: Mon ~ Fri
*Severance (equal to 1month's salary upon completion of 1yr contract)
*About 2 weeks vacation ( 1 week each: summer, winter)
*Student: kindergarten ~elementary
*Teaching Hours: 110 hrs/month
*Number of current foreign teachers:20
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any major
Citizen of one of the following countries:
Australia............... Canada............... Ireland............... New Zealand
South Africa.......... United Kingdom .. . United States of America
Required documents:
1. 4 passport-sized photos
2. 1 year valid passport
3. Original University degree
4. An official sealed transcript with a university stamp and/or a signature of certification officer(academic advisor) across the flap on the back of the envelope.
5. Criminal Background Record with an Apostille Certificate
6. Applicant’s Health Statement(will be provided)
