(Anyone can't be overseas students because "anyone" is singular but "students" is plural.)

I don't fully understand the question here, but the correct version of the sentence (which I presume is an essay title??) is

The advantages of being an overseas student studying English in Australia.

However, change the context and the sentence could change too. Eg : for the first sentence of the essay - There are many advantages for overseas students studying in Australia.

Without knowing the context of the sentence it's difficult to give you an answer.
