Default illustrating the difference between since and for (present perfect) through games

Hi folks.
I have yet another dilemma to solve concerning the present perfect continuous for duration.
I didn't use the tic-tac toe revision game, because it turn out most of my SS haven't grasped the uses of since (a precise moment in time when the action began) and for (how long a period is) Any tips and pointers on simple engaging games that get the point across?
Thanks a million.
Emily.
