Again, it depends on context - what's the complete sentence? Expenses Claim Form or just Expenses Claim if it's the heading for the document itself, or possibly in a list of company regulations - eg : Expenses Claim Forms / Claims must be submitted within two weeks.
But when speaking I'd probably just say expenses, eg :Can you let me have your expenses by Monday, please.
