Default Could somebody please help me find this worksheet?

About half a year ago, I found this worksheet on the Internet for a game.

The game consisted on creating two teams. Each team got a sheet with a set of categories. I remember one category distinctly being "things made of leather", for example.
Students wrote down a list of things that belonged to each category. "A wallet", for example.
When they were ready, one team announced to the other team one of their categories. The other team had 1 minute or so to guess all the possible things that the first team may have written down. For each correct guess they received one point.
The first team received one point for all the words the second team didn't guess.
Then it was the second team's turn.

This was a very fun activity, but I lost the worksheet. I know that I can simply come up with my own categories, but it's driving me crazy that I can't find it.

Does anybody know where it's from or where I can get it?
