Scope of Work
1. Job Position: ESL teachers recruiting agent
2. Salary: Commission will be paid based on # of contracts. (Negotiable)
3. Main Work
- Recruiting potential ESL teachers in local Universities or TESOL institutes
- Screening candidates through interviews (Phone or face-to-face interview)
- Developing local marketing channels
- Participating local job affairs
- Consulting visa process
