Hi, my name is Kat and I've been in China for about 2 months now, teaching a real range of age groups and English levels, from 80 minute high school classes, to two classes that are 3 hours long with high schoolers and adults. I'm teaching class sizes of 30+, which is more reasonable than 60+ in any case, down to some with only 5-6 students. Since my only experience prior to this was a short volunteering stint in a different part of the country last year with middle schoolers, pretty much every day has been a learning experience. That said, I'm totally excited to have come across this site at last, especially since it's so hard to find other teachers in this part of the country. Thanks for keeping everything so organized and accessible, I definitely plan on taking advantage of EVERYTHING.
