No, don't imitate it. It's a catchphrase. The best thing to do when you introduce yourself, is to give your name in its normal order, and then say Please call me XXX, indicating the name you want the person to use - so eg :

My name's James Bond. Please call me James.

If you use a diminutive, a nickname, or anglicise your name then add "but" :

My name's James Bond, but please call me Jim.

That way, it's 100% clear to the other person which name should be used
