TAIWAN NEEDS STATE-CERTIFIED PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS

We are looking for professional, committed, passionate, qualified teachers who are interested for a full-time public school teaching position. If you are keen to teach in Taiwan to make a positive difference for the personal and academic development of our students, you are the one we are looking for!

Teacher required:
■ Immediate/November 2014
■ January 2015

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Student’s level: K~12 Elementary/Junior High/High School
Curriculum: scenario teaching, practical conversation, EFL (collaborating- teaching involved) or Subjects or flexible, (vary in accordance with the school)

Teaching hours-(Vary in accordance with school)
Mon-Fri 8am-4:00pm, 20-25 class/week
40-50 min per class, 25-40 students/class

Monthly Salary:
Basic pay for:
NT$70,895 (PhD),
NT$67,925 (MA),
NT$60,890 (BA)

Housing Allowance:
NT$5,000/month - single teacher,
NT$10,000/month - teacher with dependent(s)

Paid vacation / other paid national holidays
Nation laborer insurance and health insurance provided
Work permit & alien resident visa (ARC): school will help you apply for it.
Full-time, one year contract (renewable)

REQUIREMENTS FOR TEACHING AT TAIWAN PUBLIC SCHOOL:
(1) Native English speaker from USA/AU/CA/UK/NZ/IRE/SA
(2) Bachelor’s degree holder plus a
(3)Teacher license/teacher registration certificate certified by the state-government
(4) Valid substitute teaching permit accepted
