So why not start the list of topics right now? You and the future interview/podcast producers can then refer to this list any time and we can edit it constantly too. Here are a few of my suggestions:

- How to use the Internet in your ESL classroom? (Overview of all possibilities starting with email and newsgroups and covering the most important websites) [this should be an ongoing topic, you could include a 'website of the month' segment in each show

- What is the profile of the 'typical ESL teacher'? (We all know that there are a great variety of characters but a lot of ESL teachers have some common traits, what are those?)

- How to create and follow a lesson plan? (For many ESL teachers this is a constant issue so why not share some experiences on it?)

Maybe we could start a separate announcement thread to discuss the interview/show topics?
