Hello everybody,
I want to ask you that do you have some other words or phrases instead of "hello","hi" and "how are you"?can you inform me as much as you know.

Where I'm from (South London), the most usual greeting if, for example, you meet your neighbour in the street is "All right?"

Yes, what I wrote is informal. Most of the different greetings are informal because for a formal greeting there aren't many variations:

Hello. How are you?
Hi, nice to meet you.
Good morning
Good afternoon.


Want some really informal ones?

What's crackin?
What's goin on?
What's new?
What's shakin?
