I don't have many ideas about teaching present perfect continuous using a game Perhaps you should have a look at

There are lots of games and ideas how to teach tenses.

Bingo with pictures of actions is good. For young kids, use bingo sheets with just nine pictures. Divide the kids into pairs or small groups. Put the actions into sentences that use the present continuous. Unfortunately, the bingo cards that this site makes are too big, so I draw the pictures myself or use the miniflash card template.
