every

Could I use every?

-Being wise could have led him to __ knowledge.

Re: every

No. every is used with singular countable nouns :

He knew every answer in the quiz.
He tried to speak individually with every person in the room.
I went to the Lost Dogs' Home. I'd like to have adopted every dog they had.

Knowledge
is an uncountable noun, so can't be preceded by every. I'm not sure what you mean in the sentence - the beginning is strange - but the end could be eg all sorts of knowledge / different kinds of knowledge etc
