help me (to) do

Hello,

Could someone explain to me when we add "to" in this phrase:
he help me (to).

Could we say:

More saliva, in turn, helps them (to) feel fuller.
John helped me (to) do my homework.
She did everything to help her son (to) succeed in life.

Is there a specific grammar rule that tells us when to use "to" after "help me"?

There's no difference at all in meaning, style or anything else. Help has the two alternative structures and you can use either in any context.
