Default how to say?

HI

in spoken usage, saying "an English teacher", we use stress to show whether this is a teacher from England, or a teacher who teaches English; but how do we show the difference in writing using the fewest words? and also how can I show the combination of the two as pithy as possible?(that is, a teacher from England who teaches English )

thanks

Even if he (or she) is from England, their nationality is actually British rather than English, so the "fewest words possible " would be "A British English teacher".
