When using Passive Voice

"He painted the house red."

If you look at this sentence in the Active Voice, "red" is called the object complement, right?

But if you change it to the Passive form...

"The house was painted red by him."

...what is "red" called then? Since "the house" is now the subject receiving the action from the object, "him", what do you call the adjective "red"? A predicate adjective, or maybe a subject complement?

Thanks for any help...
