Soccer Game + basketball version of board
 

presented soccer game to teachers who loved it, and together we came up with an idea for a basketball game- so that you can have different levels of questions (1, 2 and 3point).
HAven;t worked out exactly what rules will work, but I'm sure kids will work something out if I let them.

Most teachers I know play competitive games in teams, but with only one person at a time allowed to answer the question. This puts a lot of pressure on that team member.
WHen I play team games, I always insist that the group confer before any team member may reply. This gives more of an opportunity for weaker students to have a measure of success. It also engenders greater cooperation.:)
