Teaching double comparatives

I will begin to teach double comparatives to a group of 23, extremely friendly, 15 year olds. They are very chatty and can't sit still for more than 30 seconds.
I would like to play a game with them.
We're working with the North Star 5, 3rd edition, but they find the lessons very boring, and so do I; I think the topics aren't suitable for them.
Any suggestions?

Re: Teaching double comparatives

Does the textbook really have double comparatives?

*I'm more better than him.
*She has gotten more worse.

and sentences like that?

In standard (American) English this is considered "bad" English. That's not to say there aren't people who say these things but I'm surprised to hear that it's an actual lesson.

It's things like: the more I read, the smarter I get, or the less I read, the dumber I feel.
It's a very boring lesson, and the book isn't suited for teenagers.
