Getting a University without a Masters

What's the possibility of getting a University job without a Masters. But with lots of experience with the public school system

I assume you are talking about getting a University job in Korea? If that's what you mean I think it is very possible. I am teaching at a College right now and I have a bachelors in business and a TEFL certificate.

Anyone that I know that works at a university also do not have masters, or didn't when they got the job.

Now is a good time to start looking for the fall semester.

If you are referring to the U.S.; university jobs, colleges, and adult ed. all require that you have an MA is either TESL, Linguistics, English, and possibly Foreign Languages. Community Colleges & Adult ed. programs changed their requirements about 3 years ago and are now very strict on this policy. If you apply, you will have to submit an official copy of your transcripts once hired.

Outside of the States, the rules change a bit. I think in England you have to have an MA or equivalent for university positions. But other countries...well, experience can take you a long way.
