Winter Vacation - Any plans yet?
 
It's a coming!!!!! Anything?

I'll be relaxing at home until February, at which time the wifey and I visit some family in Hawaii!!!

Ill be using the Ju hachi kippu to travel around japan for a while. try to go some places I havent been yet.

I'm not sure the price or term but I assume it's a flat-rate train pass. You pay a certain amount and you can ride anywhere with that pass for a week or a month ...

Ah, you mean in Japan? Korea has something similar, but it's called the KTX. It's a shame that it is too far from where I live. I'd love to hop around the country in the bullet train! :becky:

Its in japan yes. I think it costs 11,000 yen, about US $110 for a 5 day pass.. unfortunately you can`t use the bullet trains, but its a reasonable, and fun way to travel.
