A big fat hello back at you. Welcome. I hope you get everything you need. If you ever pass through Portorose say hi to all the cash I lost there in the casino!! Dinner was good though :-)

I teach over here in Japan. Currently, there is only one person from Slovenia working in the JET Programme in all of Japan. If you don't know, JET is the only government sponsered English teaching program in the country (someone correct me if I'm wrong.)

Ironically, I work with her. She is always speaking her native tongue to me but I only hear P#$E'$Q"#(($BNF$F)"#(#HF#""FH.

Anyways, this is a great forum with lots of great resources so I'm sure you will like it here.

Hey!

Well, I was told before that slovene does sound exactly how you decribed it but I guess we can say that for a bunch of world languages. Japanese and chinese above all languages seem very impossible to learn - to me at least. But I happenn to know a few slovenes that don˙t share my opinion As far as this goes I guess it˙s a matter of interest. Some people prefer English, some French, Italian, German etc. Me, I like English and French but I can˙t stand German. And it all comes from primary school where our teacher was just a big no-no from my part ... so ever since that German is something i just don˙t do

Have a great day everyone! Thanks for greeting me!
