Hello eslHQ,
I'm new here, my name is Anthony Giuffre. I have a site that publishes and sells a learning method for American English pronunciation. I like forums like eslHQ to read posts, take part in discussions, and try to come up with ideas of materials that would benefit the ESL community.
I live in Phoenix, Arizona. The weather is perfect now, and will be for another, maybe, 2 months. Then the heat sets in. It gets hot here. Very hot.
I like to read, play golf, work on my web-site, listen to music, and travel.
I'm looking forward to being a member of this community,

If you like English forums I have to say that this is a good pick. Cream of the crop actually. I love how easy it is to use and everyone is so friendly and helpful!

I thought I would just take a second to introduce myself properly...my name is Diana. Ya, I'm the English coach (or thats how I like to represent myself) but as you have created such a wonderful site that I am going to be using frequently, I'd like you (and everyone) to know my real name.

Diana - Yeah, the forums here aren't so chatty, but I kind of like that. In some places the forums have so many posts you don't have time to look through them and a lot of times they aren't related to teaching.
Not to say that chatter isn't good. It's a great way to get to know people and I'm sure Eric would like us to be a little more active. | |
