I sent an article to be published at the article section at ESL Articles - eslHQ

It appeared as "Under Review" yesterday. Today, it is not anywhere on the site. It probably was rejected in which case I would expect a notification.

Is that section dead? Can I still send articles? Where are the articles guidelines?
