Eric - I know you're playing around with the layout and making some changes but it does feel a bit crowded. _|  |_
Some of the menus above the posts are squished and what should fit on one line is getting pushed to three lines creating a big 3 line menu at the top. Following me? As much as I love the prominent link, maybe you could reduce the eslHQ partners cell?
No big deal really ... just thoughts as I was posting... |

On that note, I don't know what percentage of your users are viewing the site at 800x600, but I need to scroll over horizontally to see everything. Just so you know...
