CENTRA certificate?

Hi everyone! I'm a new member, and I would be very grateful if anybody could help me with a problem which is entirely my own fault, but here goes...
I've been in The Czech Republic now for 19 years, and find myself required to produce my TEFL certificate. That's right - I can't find it! The only solution is to pay for a replacement, and the really stupid thing is, I can't remember its exact title. I know, I know...
According to my diary from 1997 when I did it, the title was 'CENTRA', but it is nowhere to be found on the net. My course was part time, and was purely theoretical in nature - no actual teaching, only observations and 'language analysis'. The college in Old Trafford has since merged and I can't make contact with any teachers from the time.
Was there any such thing as a CENTRA certificate? Does my description of the course give any clues to any possible alternative title? As I said, this whole situation is entirely due to my own sloppiness, but again, I would be very grateful if anybody could shed some light. Thanks!
