Christmas is coming . . .
 

An earlier post about Christams lessons got me thinking.

Here in Italy Christmas is celebrated pretty much the way it is in the UK. Or should I say as it used to be when I was a kid (all those years ago when Slade knocked out the odd xmas song!).
From what I gather things have changed. :nono: Christmas has become a bit of a difficult subject to deal with in such an ethnically diverse country. It shouldn't be, should it? Everyone should celebrate their own thing when and how they want, no? However, the reality is that some parents get offended by Christmas and object to Christmas based activities in school.

So here's my question. Have any of you experienced problems because of Christmas lessons you have done? Does the school you teach in like you to present your culture in the classroom? Are the parents \ students tolerant of this religious tradition?
