Easter

Calling all people who aren't yet too tired to think!

It's that time of year again and this teacher is crawling towards Easter on all fours.

Does anyone have any quick and simple activities to do with classes of 3, 5 and 6 year olds?

I'd be really grateful for any ideas.

By the way, is anyone teaching in a country where it isn't 'celebrated', and if so, do you intend to do anything on it in class?

Thanks a million.

I play my Bunny Land game here www.mes-english.com/flashcards/easter.php

It's very simple and the kids love it. It does require some prep. by the teacher.

I've posted a game here - colouring Easter eggs, "hiding" them and then finding them and counting the ones of the same colour. They need to be able to count a bit though.

Re: Easter

Thanks guys - nice. The board game would be a bit difficult to manage with the large group but I'll use it with the group of 8.

The Egg hunt is great for the larger class. Nice chant too!

I appreciate your help.
