I did a quick search in Google and came up with these:

Even better use google Scholar - http://scholar.google.com/

Type in error correction EFL or ESL (to narrow your search) and you should have lots of results.

Best of luck!

John Truscott has written a couple of strongly-opinioned articles on the topic of grammar correction (both in written and oral communication). If you google his name, "error correction" and either "written" or "oral" you can find them all, along with some responses.

Hope this helps!

I tried that but I kept getting articles that you have to pay for. Is there a way to just get the free stuff?

Do some MA in a university that allows you access to them :)

If you want some articles then let me know which ones they are and I will get them for you.

If you email thr author, they'll send you tha article. They are usually happy to do it. It's flattering to hear that someone is interested in what you have to say.

There contact email should be easy to find if not listed with the article summary.

I've never done it, because I have access, but I know some people who have and they said it was no problem.
