Question Intermediate Level Tutoring

Hello! I am in need of help. I have been asked to tutor an adult a couple hours a week in Italy. She would like to improve her listening and speaking skills. She works for a tour operator that deals a lot with American tourists. I have never tutored before and do not know where to start. Also, I would like some unique activities to do with her, so she will not be bored out of her mind. Like I said, I have never tutored before and do not know where to start! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Make a lesson plan to any basic english... For a starter it only need the most common words we used it on everyday.

First of all, don't expect a lot. Two hours a week is very, very little. My school used to have ESL classes that were 15 hours a week (and the classes covered all the skills).
You will need to assess her current skills in order to decide what she needs.
I used to teach specialized classes in listening, speaking and pronunciation. I had the full range from beginners to advanced students, all in the same room. I always spent some time in each class on the sounds of the letters (phonics) and words with certain sounds. Many letters from the English alphabet appear in other languages, but with different sounds.
