Skype English Lesson Plans

I teach english online and spending an incredible amount of hours preparing lesson plans. I do most of my lessons on mac's powerpoint, Keynote, and sharing my screen to the student. But, I imagine there is a service out there that already has great material in keynote format.

Does anyone know?
