Teaching in a middle school
 

Hello,
I have been given a job in a middle school as an oral English teacher, but have never taught in classroom before. I have also been given a textbook which is too advanced for the students and don't know what to do with the class. Can somebody please help me and at least give me an idea what Oral English lesson should look like as I just dived here head first hoping the water is deep?
