theme based or thematic units

I am in a university as a nominee to become an English teacher. ı have an term homework to prepare a thematic unit, but ı can't find any side including suitable thematic units for young learners. ıf any one of you knows any site that can help me, can you write, please. thank you.;)

Well, I'd say just take a theme like animals and make your own lesson around the theme.
