Riyad is on a distinguished road
Default get wrong with the game point

Hi iam Riyad from Indonesia.....

Iam only 22 yo n im the new english teacher, i've been teaching english only for two months. Actually teaching is not my background, I was graduted from aviation school. aNd I dare myself to teach English to the poor people in my own poor village by establishing the English spot in my own home. I want to share you the problem I face …..

i teach 9 children in age between 8-12 . they are vey very interested in English.i use english games all the time. its very hard for me if i dont give them a game because they always ask me to give them a game or they will not join the class. everytime i play a game n i dont give them any point..then they will beg me n do some restless thing. so i give them point...but the problem comes when i cant do a fair thing in marking their point..or for those who dont get a big point will be sad n seems hopeless....huh.. how poor iam...

I just don’t feel satisfied even I do feel failed to teach them. It seems that they come to my class for a competition, not to learn English. I feel that I make them hate each other…..but anyway….i think its just my feeling because they are still be friend after the class n be friendly to each other to begin the next class. Any suggestion for me please…..it seems that I use the wrong method?

thanks a lot for your attention

Riyad-Indonesia
