[Board Game] - Homework
 

Just an idea:

My students were really happy when I let them keep a copy of the board game. I told them they could keep it if they played it with a sibling or parent when they got home. This was part of their weekend "homework". One of the girls came back and said that her younger sister had won. Poor thing! She seemed a little upset by that ;)

Anyway, I thought it was just a good way to get the kids practicing at home and involving their family with their studies.

I have a transportation board game I give the kids to take home to play and they love it.

It also makes you the teacher look good to supply those kinds of interesting materials free to the students in this world that charges students and their parents ridiculous amounts for English materials (on top of what they're probably already paying.)

The parents will think you're a star.
