I am sure that your area is a nice place.

However you are several thousand RMB to low. Even in Chongqing they start at 8,000Rmb to 9,000Rmb. If you want teachers you will need to bring the pay up to a more stanard level.

I am currently working in Shenzhen as an English teacher in a Kindergarten I have tought Kindergarten for two years. Before I tought middle school, High School and corporate.

I know that many of the teachers alover China will not except this low of a payment. That is if you want a good teacher.
