Shanghai Lida Polytechnic Institute is looking for native English speaking foreign teaching staff for the upcoming 2007-2008 school year. You will be joining part of an excellent foreign staff run using Western management methods. We here at Lida make it a priority to make foreign staff feel as comfortable as possible in a foreign country not called home. We have positions available for a newly developed Business English program designed around American ESL concepts as well as an International Nursing program designed to get nurses trained and placed outside of China.

This is a very exciting time for us as we are a entering our fifth year. You will be working on a beautiful campus with friendly staff. Our teachers have the ability to create change course and curriculum design as management here is always open to fresh ideas. Many of the classes you teach offer a chance to work as a team to create interesting and fun classes.

Our campus is located approximately 35 minutes from Shanghai and is easily reached by public transportation. We also have private buses picking up and dropping off employees into the city at designated times throughout the day. If you are looking to teach in a beautiful campus environment where the air is clean and the environment quiet, then this is definitely the place for you.

Our only requirements are that: you are a native English speaker, have a minimum Bachelor’s degree, and 1-2 years of teaching experience.
