1. 23 Public Elementary Positions in Taebaek, Gangwondo
Taebaek City

Start : June, July, August & September.
Class: 22 classes per week. 1 class = 40mins.
Working times : 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. No weekends.
Pay : 1.9m to 2.5m won. It depends on your resume.
Tax : 0% to all except Canadian citizens.
Pay day : 25th of each month, no exception.
Vacation : 35 calendar paid days.
National holidays : Yes & paid for.
Settlement allowance : 300,000 won onetime payment.
Provincial allowance : 100,000 won per month extra.
Rural allowance : 100,000 won per month extra.
Flights : Round-trip provided.
Housing : Single furnished, rent-free provided.
Medical : 50/50.
Pension : 50/50.
Sick leave : 15 paid days.
Special leave : 7 days unpaid.
Other benefits : Training provided, Korean co-teacher provided, 1 week resting period provided once you arrive, 2 additional weeks paid vacation & flights provided if you sign for an additional year at the end of your contract.
