GWACHEON ENGLISH TOWN

INTRODUCTION:
This is the type of job that offers a lot of freedom yet requires a lot of responsibility. You will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages (from preschool to middle school) in the English Town (situation/theme) type classroom. You will also teach more traditional English Academy type classes, as we offer an Afterschool Program for primary students.

The work environment is very modern and the building we work in is brand new. It is essentially a Youth Centre that includes an English Town with 11 different theme rooms. You may occasionally be required to work on Saturdays. (You will get overtime pay for working Saturday). You also need to build up resources. Therefore, in order to strive in this job, you must be creative, spontaneous and extremely flexible.

BRIEF CONTRACT DETAILS:
Starting date: End of May~ Middle of June
Salary: 2.1~ 2.3 million won
Working hours: 9am~ 6pm, 120 hours/month
Work day: Monday~ Friday (Occasionally weekend work is required with overtime pay rate of 25,000won/h)
Student age: Kinder~ middle school students
Single housing provided
Currently 6 native English teachers are working here with many Korean English teachers. We are looking for one~ two native English teachers who have previous teaching experience.

Gwacheon is very near from Seoul. It is only 5 stops away from border of Seoul by subway.

- Location: Varies. 6-month contracts are available mostly at a small school in medium sized cities of Korea. (Not available in Seoul and Busan city)
- Starting date: ASAP to on going recruiting
- Salary: minimum 2.1million won per month or higher
- STUDENTS: 6-12 students per class; 5-15 years old
- 25-30 hours of teaching / week
- FREE furnished living accommodation provided by the school
- FREE Airplane ticket (one way ticket only)
- VACATION: 5 days paid vacation plus all national holidays
- Employer pays 50% of the medical insurance cost
- VISA sponsored
- Low INCOME TAX
