**General Qualification & Terms
-Required Education : Bachelors Degree along with an official transcript
-Native English speakers
-Type of Job: Full time, 1 year contract

-Job Location : Ul san
(in Samsand dong in Ulsan, This school is located in the main part of the city. Near grand park.)
-Starting date : as soon as visa processing Is done
-Vacancies : 1
-Title: English instructor for elementary and middle school students
-Required certificate(TESL/TEFL/CELTA): preferred but not necessary
-Salary : 2.2 M~ won per month
-Working hours : Monday to Friday. 2:50pm~10 :00 pm (Including break times)
-Number of native teachers : 2
-Income tax : 4%

1.Free Accommodation: clean/single/ furnished/ 10 min walking distance from the school
2.International round trip transportation from the teacher’s residence to S.Korea.
3. 50% of medical premium paid.

-About Institute : The young and smart director graduated University in the States so he speaks English fluently and has cross-cultural sensitivity. He is very accurate and punctual person running English Institute. The educational facility is brand-new, clean and terrific. There is grand park near the institute where you can take a walk or go jogging with great deal of trees. I placed an American female teacher at the institute 4 months ago and still keep in touch with her. I’ve heard from her often that she really like the school and enjoy teaching students.
