Well, it seems MES is coming back online here and there. Some of the school security systems still block it but people are using proxy servers to get around that.

Thanks! I really appreciate it.

I did hear back from one of the original people who reported the problem. He said that site was back up last friday. He said he's in the Chungnam Province.

Eric and Mikepass - Thanks for your replies. I now assume it must be a city level thing with their SafeNet type software.

Sorry about this personal request here, but I know a lot of users on eslHQ are in Korea.

It seems my website MES-English.com (http://www.mes-english.com) is banned in Korea if you try to access it...
