Would a 'language diagnosis' deal with a medical, physical, or mental capacity problem? Same for 'diagnostic test'?

Both would seem so to me.

They are both correct but different.

Diagnosis is the naming of a disease by a doctor given the signs and symptoms.

A diagnostic test is a test the hospital runs to get the information they need to...
