We have a postion in a great school that is looking for a teacher to start in December. The school is located in Changwon, which is located right next to Busan. It's about 20-25 miles from Busan. It's a decent sized city of about 600,000. The starting salary for this position is excellent (2.6 million).

Students: Kindergarten, elementary
Hours: 9-7:30
Teaching hours per day: 6.5 (32 hours/week)
Work week: Monday-Friday
Number of students per class: 8-12
Housing: Single housing provided
Airfare: Prepaid by the school
Pension: Pension contributions matched by the school
Vacation: 2 weeks/year
Severance: One month severance paid at the end of the contract
Number of foreign teachers at the school: 6

I think it's in a nice area and very accessible to Busan and other areas along the coast. Many teachers like being close to Busan and the coast. There are lots of nice places around there to visit. Also, the school program is nice and the overall conditions are quite good. The class sizes are quite small (between 8-12 students per class, with 12 being the maximum). The focus is on kindergarten/elementary.
