TAMSHUI ELEMENTARY POSITION
Open for Permanent /Marriage ARC Holder/K-12 Certified Teacher
Contract term - One year, renewable, starting in late Aug. /Early September

Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary - $65000 NTD
Dorm - Free accommodation (pay utility fee)
Yearly bonus - $10000 NTD (prorated by actual teaching months)
Contract renewal bonus - $2000 NTD per month
Paid vacation - summer and winter vacation in accordance with the school calendar
Labor and health insurance - Available

TEACHING INFORMATION:
Teaching hour: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm, 25 class weekly, 40-50 min per class
- (Vary in accordance with school)
Curriculum - EFL (English as a Foreign Language)
Partial Subject (Art, PE, Science, depends on the teacher's strength)


TAX:
According to the current regulation for foreign tax payers, the tax rate of the first 183 days in one taxable year is 18 %. The tax rate would drop lower to around 6 % after the completion of 183 days in one taxable year. Foreign tax payers would be eligible for tax refund when their overall stay is over 183 days in one taxable year.
