Default Alaska Lesson

Since March 30, 2017 marks the 150th anniversary of the Alaska purchase, I made a worksheet on the history of that purchase for my adult classes. The level is lower intermediate (A2 for those familiar with the CEFR). To use this text, I first read the text slowly, explained unfamiliar vocabulary, had the students read the text sentence by sentence (or by paragraphs) and asked comprehension questions afterwards. I also used the chance to repeat numbers since some students still have difficulties with that (years or percentages). I used it in 2 classes and it was fund and educational. Enjoy and let me know how it went :-)
