I'm going to mention another option for you to speak English more. I recommend using a program called "Skype" (similar to MSN Messenger, but better). It is a computer program that allows you to talk to people all over the world. Once you have this program on your computer, a pair of headphones (or a microphone and speakers), you'll need to get someone to talk to. Here is a website where you can find penpals around the world who are using skype, I would suggest to check it out. As little sage says, the only way to get better at speaking is to actually speak, and this looks like another excellent option for you.
