My husband and me are expats living in Korea. We found an abandoned puppy when we arrived last year and had been taking care of him since. As my husband's contract is finishing, we will be leaving Korea very soon and is desperately looking for someone to adopt or to foster Chippie until he has found a permanent home to go to as we do not want to send him to a dog shelter.
