DESCRIPTION: As a professional recruitor,, you will be placed full time in a local English Institute allowing you to make a real difference in the lives and learning experience of the Korean children you work with. You will also have the opportunity to develop a lasting insight into the Korea and Korean culture and to form lifelong international friendships with the team of ETEC working alongside you. ETEC organizes regular monthly cultural and social activities such as Korean learning club, Tae Kwon Do gather to help & bring cultures and people together.
Teaching environment is a challenging and rewarding experience and will develop many transferable skills; such as confidence, flexibility, leadership and communication. We aim to help every teacher make the most out of their time in Korea and successful applicants will be excited by the prospect of working for a reputable academy on a more personal level.
With up to two weeks holiday with 13 days national holidays during your contract, there are also ample opportunities to travel other neighbor Asian country
TYPE OF VACANCY: 12 months : commence every 1st of month (Compulsory orientation training for one week providen)
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Enthusiastic, fun and outgoing recent graduates who are keen to be part of an international team in Korea. An interest in Korea culture and desire to be immersed in a different way of life is a necessity. Applicants must be keen to learn from their various experiences and be both positive and open towards the various challenges they may encounter. Collaboration and teamwork is also strongly valued within the ETEC Agency program
REQUIREMENTS: University graduates in any discipline; native English speaker; excellent clarity of speech; must have a keen interest in working with children or teenagers or perhaps considering a teaching career. No previous experience needed- we are looking for the right personality; NO Police Record ;
